40 Days of Evolution
Designed to jumpstart the rituals, practices, and perspectives that evolve the way you live.

The 6-Week Journey
Week 1: Prayer— Learning to Listen
Learn to cultivate prayer as silent listening. Soften overthinking and shift from agenda-driven living into presence and trust.
Week 2: Fasting— Entering Lightness
Experience a guided three-day water fast rooted in the Ayurvedic practice of langhana. Release excess mental activity as clarity, discipline, and intuition sharpen. Learn to experience fasting a physical act of devotion and trust.
Week 3: Alignment— Body as an Anchor to Now
Explore alignment through rigorous asana and conscious movement. Experience the body as a vessel for integrity and truth. Let movement mirror how you live and choose.
Week 4: Breath— Regulating the River
Work with classical pranayama to regulate the nervous system and restore balance. Use breath as a daily tool for releasing tension and returning to presence. Build steadiness from the inside out.
Week 5: Meditation— Resting in Stillness
Begin a consistent meditation practice and discover stillness as a natural state, not something to master. Soften striving and dissolve resistance.
Week 6: Truth— Just This.
Meet truth through gentle inquiry. See clearly across habits, relationships, and self-perception. Live from what is real.
Program Details
40 Days of Evolution weaves physical practice, spiritual depth, and daily discipline into a guided initiation toward embodied, conscious living.
Over six weeks, you’ll establish rhythms of yoga, meditation, fasting, prayer, study, and reflection — releasing old habits and remembering the freedom that’s always been within you.
Led by Chris Wilson and Lindsey Crisp — Together, they guide this journey with care and integrity, holding a grounded container for inquiry, practice, and integration. Learn more about Khali's founders here.
6 Weekly Group Meetings — Gather weekly (Sundays, 3:00-5:00pm) to deepen discussion, integrate teachings, and connect through embodied practice and reflection.
Committed Daily Practice — Six days of yoga each week support consistency — five in-studio at Khali Yoga Center, one home practice, and one full day of rest. Studio classes are not included in the program fee and require a separate Khali Yoga Center membership or class pass.
Integrations Sessions — Each participant receives one private Integration Session with Chris or Lindsey to discuss their path, practice, and questions. Sessions are scheduled individually and take place outside of the Sunday meeting time.
Fasting Guidance and Support — The three-day fast is offered as a contemplative practice with guidance before, during, and after. Supportive modifications (broth, juice, or light food) are available. Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider if needed.
Course Materials — All materials are provided, including Just This by Richard Rohr and selected excerpts from other books and sacred texts.
Group Support and Shared Inquiry — Engage in small groups with fellow participants to listen, reflect, and support one another’s journeys, deepening self-understanding through shared experience.
Special Offerings & Ceremonies — Optional, participant-only ceremonies will be offered throughout the program. The journey concludes with a Closing Ceremony on Friday, February 27th.
