The Role
Khali Yoga Center is looking for an outgoing, people-loving, service-oriented yoga teacher who is committed to the physical and spiritual transformation of our students. This role is for a teacher who wants to work alongside a team of powerful yoga teachers committed to continual evolution.We are looking for a teacher who is open to learning, unlearning, and growing for the service of others, and who can receive and give feedback with love.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead powerful classes that build conncetions between the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. We’re seeking a clear, grounded, and powerful teacher who can hold space for the sacred and illuminate the endless growth opportunities yoga offers. What You’ll Do
- Teach Hot Vinyasa classes following the Journey into Power sequence
- Teach Yin and Slow Flow
- Give effective in class assists
- Cultivate a positive and engaged classroom environment
- Learn and use various software, including Mariana Tek, Notion, Slack, and Gmail
- Seek growth opportunities: welcome feedback as a tool for learning
- Hold the bar: Stand in your power and uphold studio policies and agreements with consistency and confidence, holding students to their greatness with integrity and compassion
- Contribute to the pre and post class facilties duties

- $20 an hour starting pay

The Application Process
Apply: Complete the application form and include a video of you teaching a one-hour Journey into Power class.
Feedback: If moved forward, receive written feedback from a senior teacher.
Audition: Use the feedback to teach an in-person Journey into Power class for the Khali Yoga Center team.
Training: If successful, enter a month-long paid training phase. Training will take place from April 28th – May18th, 2025.
Ongoing Schedule: After completing paid training, we’ll work with you to set your ongoing weekly schedule based on our needs and your availability.
