Pause or Cancel Membership
Please fill out the form below to request changes to your membership and one of our front desk team members will be in touch within 48 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within that time, email [email protected].
Please note:
- Membership change requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Membership pauses are only available for the $98 monthly membership. Pauses are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months.
- Canceling your card does not cancel your membership, and any unpaid membership fees will be charged upon returning or when your payment method is updated.
