Pause Membership

To pause your memberhip, please fill out the form below and we will process your request within 48 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within that time, email [email protected].

Membership pauses are only available for the $98 Unlimited Monthly Membership. Pauses are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months.

Cancel Membership

If you purchased your membership online, you can cancel anytime through your web account or on the mobile app. Go to your Profile, tap on Memberships & Credits, select your membership, and choose Cancel Membership.

If you did not purchase your membership online, or would like our team to take care of it for you, please fill out the form below and we will process your request within 48 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within that time, email [email protected].

Please note:

• Cancellation requests submitted via online form within 48 hours of your next billing date may not be processed in time to avoid the upcoming charge. In that case, your membership will be canceled effective the following billing cycle.
• Canceling your card does not cancel your membership, and any unpaid membership fees will be charged upon returning or when your payment method is updated.
